We ship worldwide, except for fragile products, which can only be received at Avana Retreat.

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times under normal customs clearance conditions are as follows:

  • 10-12 days for shipments to the USA and Canada
  • 7-10 days for shipments to the UK
  • 12-15 days for shipments to Australia
  • 3-5 days for shipments to Singapore
  • 5-7 days for shipments to Korea

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on this website.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately at inquiries@avanaretreat.com with a video of you opening the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for faulty, damaged, or misshapen products due to transit. A video of you opening the package is required for returns and free return shipping.

Products in perfect condition or faulty items without video evidence of unboxing are not returnable.

If the item was damaged in transit and you've got a video of you opening the package, Avana will pay for the return.
